CNC Turning
Our DMG Mori NLX2500SY/700 is a high precision lathe capable of machining complex-shaped components. Our Mori Seiki NL2000SY/500 3 axis lathe has a maximum turning diameter of 14.01”, a maximum turning length of 20” and is capable of 6,000 RPMs and Our Femco Durga turning lathes have a maximum turning length of 23.62” turning diameter of 9.84”, and spindle speeds of 4,8000 RPMs. Our Haas lathes are capable of 8” chuck, 20” tailstock travel, and 2” maximum bar capacity. Additional lathe features include: spindle of speeds of 4,000 RPMs, axis’ travel of 8.45”(X) and 20”(Z), 30 HP peak spindle motor, 12 station tool changer, and overall axis’ travel of 11.30”(X) and 34”(Z).
